haiz.. I'm really in a dilema now. The question is whether i shld stay at mindef or I shld juz say i dun wanna take up the job.
1st of all, there's the language problem. My english isn't that good while my job requires me to edit minutes, audits and stuffs. Well.. This can be learnt over time. And if i carry on with the job, I feel tt my english wld improve.
Next, the environment there is more of like work work work.. Seldom do we(the NSFs) communicate with each other. My upper-study even goes for lunch alone everyday. kinda a sad life.. haiz..
Then, the workload is terrible. My upper-study has been doing o.t. everyday since I was there.. haha..

of course there r gd pts too..
1st, my boss is quite a ns person. N many of the big shots ard there r easy to talk to..
Furthermore, I believe I can learn many things from them.. Like the way to bring urself n stuffs..
so basically, my benefits wld only be seen after 2 yrs.. while in the short run, i'll hav to suffer on the psychological side.. haha.. dunno how oso..
