Family Day & Extention of Passport.

Damn... woke up at 0640 this morning to go to ECP for the family day thingy.
Took 700 to Orchard and took 36 to Amber rd. Then I walked to Big Splash. Haha.. Don't know if I'm considered lucky. I was walking to the underpass when all of a sudden the wind starts to blow and the sky became so dark (I tink it's cuz I juz made a turn ard a huge building. Tt's y there's the sudden gush of wind.) I was praying hard tt it wld not rain be4 I reach Big Splash. And amazingly, it only rained after I got into the underpass and the exit is less than 5 min walk to Big Splash. BUT the family day was very boring cuz of the rain and cuz there's practically nth to do. Ok, there r some activities but you wldn't really feel like playing when the ppl there r not with ur age grp. They r either very young or in their30s - 50s. Anyway, I sat and talked a little bit of cock with Joel until we "marked" our attendance by meeting our Chief Clerk and my boss. Haha.. My boss seemed to be in a crappy mood, he went touring the place with another of his frenz after he joked with us. Joel and I went off soon after at 1000. He was kind enough to drive me to Kallang MRT Station.

I went to the Mac which is located juz beside the Station, under a HDB flat. It's not as crowded as the Mac in Bt Panjang. I like it. I could take my own sweet time to eat and at the same time, look out onto the street and the vehicles. It was a luxury I cldn't enjoy in the branch in Bt Panjang or Orchard. I tink there's a branch in Teban Gardens (near where my sis's bf stays). It's oso under a HDB flat. I wonder if it's like the one in Kallang..

After my breakfast, I took a train to Tampines and walked to SAFRA Tampines. Haha.. I chose to walk there cuz I was told tt it's only 3 bus-stops away. yes, it's indeed 3 bus-stops away but it's so far man. haha.. It took me close to 30 mins to reach the place and the weather made it worse. I was perspiring like hell by the time I reach the place (1200). I did some exploration of the place and found a swimming pool. I wanted to go for a swim but there were so many ppl. So I took a short nap on one of the sofas . Not the most comfortable one but u can fall asleep on it when u r tired. Finally, at 1300, I went to the Exit Permit Office to extend my passport. It was very fast. I was the 9th person in line and I was done by 1330.

Then I took bus 67 from tt place to Bt Timah. Wow.. It was the longest bus ride I took. It was 1 hr & 20 mins to reach Bt Timah. then I changed to 171 and I reached home at 1500hrs. Shag....
