haha.. enough abt sounding despo, ok??? hahahaha....

Anyway, I tink tt initiative is a really impt element in all kinda relationship.. Especially if u wanna maintain friendship with a big bunch of ppl... It takes the initiative (and committment) of EVERY individual in the grp to make the friendship last.. Inititiative to organise gatherings, call/sms one another to tok.. blah blah blah... Simply relying on someone to organise n stuffs cannot make things work in the long run as tt person wld be sick n tired after sometime.. And it also take different ppl to constantly come up with diff things to do n stuffs... Of cuz, it can be a cycle whereby everybody takes turn to organise.. But such things can't be told to ppl, rite? It shld be on a voluntary basis but if nobody has the initiative to volunteer n organise, nth can work out.. then eventually, the "organiser" wld be sick n tired.. And the number of gatherings wld decrease, and the friendship wld end up like a "hi, how r u, bye" kinda relationship..

To sum it all up, I tink tt we all shld be proactive n any relationship to keep it gg... This is juz wat I feel..
