Marriage?????

Went for lunch with my mom on Sunday.. haha.. Damn funny... I found out tt one of my female frenz (shall not mention any names here) who visited my hse be4, is currently on the "approved" list of both of my parents.. haha.. It's kinda amazing how they can develop a liking for her when they only got to meet her a few times. AND tt was soooooo long ago.

Oh well.. No matter how much they like her, wat matters most is tt I do not have any feelings for her, less as frenz...

Anyway, heard sth nice today... One of my officers in camp was singing happy birthday to his wife over the handphone (it is his wife's birthday today).. It was very funny as he was always so busy. i remember tt he once said, ".... I have only one person to impress in this world, my wife. In fact, I have only 3 aspirations in life. 1) For my wife to say tt I'm the best husband in the world and she would still marry me if given the choice again. 2) For my children to feel tt I'm the best father. 3)......" I forgot abt number 3... Anyway, tt guy even went home earlier to celebrate with his wife..

The next I heard was tt one of the ex-officer there, had a wife in the army too. Whenever, it's Valentine Day or his wife's birthday, he will get his PA to send flowers over. He never failed in doing so..

haha... Successful marriages??? haha... Sometimes, I juz feel tt almost everything is beautiful IF u get to look at them from afar. Once u take a step into it, other stupid things start to pour in and it would be less "perfect" than when u look from afar...
